Designer’s notes
Project manufacture “amusement with prize” (AWP) units – commonly referred to as “fruit machines”.
The brand aims were to create a robust image that would underpin a major marketing initiative. The logo was required to avoid the “fruit” cliches whilst remaining relevant to the marketplace.
Graphically, the three red bars represent the reel-bands that are synonymous with AWP products.
